Welcome to RealClearPolitics Fantasy '08, a market-based game for the 2008 election powered by Intrade. If you've never used Intrade or have never bought a contract, don't worry: RCP Fantasy '08 is a simple, fun way to put your political prognostication skills to work in a competitive way. Here's how it works:

1. Register to play by clicking here and entering your username, email, and password.
2. Once registered, you'll be provided with an account containing $10,000 RCP dollars. This is not real money and has no real value.
3. Start trading. To trade, simply click on a category to the left and select a contract.
4. Keep track of your trades and account balances here.

It's that simple. Some contracts will be long term (i.e. a contract on Hillary winning the nomination) but we'll also be featuring a variety of new contracts daily. Check out the "leaderboard" to see a list of the players with the biggest account balances.

Play by yourself, or start a game among a group of friends. You can let your friends know about RCP Fantasy '08 by clicking here and emailing them an alert.
